Installment Policy

Terms and conditions for flexible registration payments.

1. Eligibility

The installment payment plan is exclusively available to **local delegates** (medical students and healthcare professionals residing in Tanzania). International delegates are required to complete full registration payments as per the standard protocol.

2. Payment Milestones

  • Initial Deposit: Minimum 10% of the total registration fee is required to initiate the plan.
  • 50% Milestone: At least 50% of the total fee must be cleared by June 05, 2026.
  • Early Bird Payment Deadline: 100% of early bird fee which is 250,000 Tshs must be paid by 15th June 2026.
  • Full Clearance: All installments must be completed by September 15, 2026.

3. Category Downgrade

Delegates who register under the Early Bird category but fail to meet the 100% payment milestone of 250,000 by the specified deadline (15th June 2026) will be automatically moved to the **Late Bird** category. The total outstanding balance will be adjusted to reflect the higher registration fee which is 300,000.

4. Refunds & Transfers

All installment payments are **strictly non-refundable**. In the event that a delegate is unable to attend, payments cannot be transferred to another individual or a future event.

5. Delegate Materials

Access to the General Assembly (GA), International Scientific Conference (ISC), and issuance of delegate materials (badges, bags, certificates) is contingent upon **100% completion** of the registration fee.
